Something new from Pertinello. Metodo Classico Extra Brut from Sangiovese grapes and vinified in white. It has a golden colour with pink reflections, full-bodied and dry with a return of red fruit. An intense and generous effervescence.
Made from a soft pressing of whole grapes with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The grapes remain here from harvest to the following March, when fermentation continues in the bottle. Aged on the lees for about twenty months.
